About GORO Resort by OKKO
GORO is a new scale of the Carpathians — designed for those who love the mountains and don’t settle for less.
In the very heart of the Lviv region, a unique project is rising — Ukraine’s first all-season mountain resort of international standard, developed by OKKO. Everything here is about freedom, motion, and quality.
In the first stage of development, set to launch soon, you’ll find:
— 10 ski slopes totaling 13 km, fully snow-equipped,
— two modern chairlifts,
— a large hotel complex with three designer hotels,
— over 1,100 rooms,
— restaurants, spas, pools, and a variety of wellness and leisure spaces.
GORO is more than just a ski resort. It’s 1,200 hectares of carefully planned land that preserves the wild beauty of the Carpathians while giving you endless ways to explore them: 75 km of future slopes, 25 hotels, the longest gondola lift in Ukraine, and direct rail access from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and beyond.
It’s easy to get here — and even easier to stay:
Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, panoramic lifts, and cozy evenings.
Summer opens trails, bikes, and the silence of the forest.
Autumn paints the mountains in gold.
Spring is perfect for a reset.
The project is being developed with support from global leaders like Doppelmayr, ILF Group, and PKF Hospitality, with backing from the Ukrainian government. With $1.5 billion in planned investment, GORO is ready to change what people expect from a mountain vacation in Ukraine.
GORO is the Carpathians — bigger, closer, and more comfortable. A place you won’t want to leave.
